Website privacy statement

How this public Kalesta IT website handles information.

Effective October 4, 2026

Scope

This statement covers www.kalestait.com, the public information website for the IT department of Kalesta Healthcare Group. It does not describe patient records, employment records, or the privacy practices of separate staff applications. For patient privacy information, contact the healthcare facility that provides your care.

Information collected when you visit

The web servers record technical information needed to operate and protect the website: IP address, request time, requested page path, HTTP method, response status, and response size. Website access logs do not record URL query strings, browser fingerprints, or advertising identifiers. Operational error and security logs may contain additional request information needed to diagnose faults or investigate abuse.

Country-based access

Public website access is restricted to IP addresses classified as being in the United States. Country lookups use a locally stored DB-IP database; your IP address is not sent to DB-IP for each visit. IP location estimates can be inaccurate, and VPNs may affect access. Certificate validation has a limited technical exception.

Cookies and tracking

This public website does not set cookies or use advertising pixels, third-party analytics, or social-media tracking scripts. Images and styles are served from this website. It does not track visitors across other websites or use website data for targeted advertising. Its behavior does not change in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals because those tracking and advertising features are not used.

When you contact us

Email and telephone links open your own email or phone service. If you contact IT, the team receives the information you choose to share, such as your name, contact details, and the issue you report, and uses it to respond and provide support. Your email or telephone provider also processes the communication under its own terms. Please do not send patient information, passwords, or authentication codes through ordinary email.

Use and access

Website technical records are used for availability, troubleshooting, and security. Access is intended for authorized personnel responsible for those functions. Support communications may be handled through the organization’s communication and support providers. Information may also need to be preserved or disclosed to comply with legal obligations or respond to security incidents.

Retention

Routine web-server logs are rotated daily and configured to retain 14 rotated logs on each web server. Records retained for an incident, backup, or legal requirement may be kept longer. Support communications follow the organization’s applicable records practices.

Your questions and requests

Contact itsupport@kalestahc.com or call 888.872.0311 to ask about information you have provided, request a correction, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may also write to the IT Department, 599 Menlo Drive, Suite 200, Rocklin, CA 95765.
